Christian Hergert d4ab108786 window: title should be set on headerbar
When set on the window, we seem to lose the value when inserting the
headerbar, resulting in the title being "sysprof" (binary name) according
to the shell. Setting this on the headerbar seems to fix that.

Sysprof is a sampling profiler that uses a kernel module to generate
stacktraces which are then interpreted by the userspace program
"sysprof".

Debugging symbols

- The programs and libraries you want to profile should be compiled
with -fno-omit-frame-pointers and have debugging symbols available,
or you won't get much usable information.
